Astra Wellbeing, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, (“Astra Wellbeing,” the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides an AI-based SMS text messaging platform (the “Platform”) for (i) hospitals and their personnel to provide peer-to-peer SMS messages of recognition and encouragement, and (ii) individuals to provide messages of recognition and encouragement to healthcare providers directly through the Company’s website (the “Website”). “You,” “your” or “User” includes any (i) hospital and hospital administrator who manage the hospital dashboard provided on the Platform (“Hospital Dashboard”), (ii) hospital employees, staff or others
affiliated with a hospital who have access to and use the Platform through a Hospital’s Dashboard (“Hospital Personnel”), (iii) individuals who use the Website to send messages to a healthcare provider, and (iv) other person who accesses or interacts with the Platform through the Website or Hospital Dashboard. As a User you may engage, post, upload, publish, submit or transmit content, including without limitation written, graphic, photographic, or audio content, custom text messages or other materials to healthcare providers using the Platform through the Website or Hospital Dashboard (“User Content”). regarding the information we collect from you through interaction on our Platform through our Website or Hospital Dashboard.
This Privacy Policy governs how we handle User’s Content and a User’s access to and use of (i) the Platform, (ii) the Website, (iii) the Hospital Dashboard and/or (iv) any other services offered by Astra Wellbeing from time to time (collectively, the “Services”). 3. Information Collected
As a User of our Services (either through use of the Platform directly through our Website or a Hospital Dashboard), you may receive an SMS text message from Astra Wellbeing. As a recipient of this SMS message, we will collect certain information from you. This information includes your name, phone number, date of birth (if provided by you) and other information about your position, title, department, if you are Hospital Personnel. When you receive a message from Astra Wellbeing, you will also receive a link to a unique ID which
allows you to send messages on the Platform through our Website or if you are Hospital Personnel through the Hospital Dashboard. This link to a unique ID is used to track information about User Content delivered via our Service. We monitor and review the User Content which you submit through our Platform either via our Website or a Hospital Dashboard. We will also receive information related to User Content including the time, date, identity of the sender of the message, receiver of the message, message type and content of the message.
Whenever you interact with our Website we automatically collect and store information from your browser or device. This information may include “cookie” information, your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, which browser you are on, or the page/feature you requested. Changes to your browser preferences may prevent your device’s disclosure of this information; however, this may prevent you from using some of the website’s features.

We monitor, review and collect User Content to assess the use of our Services. We use this data to measure the efficacy of our Services, including but not limited to Hospital Employee retention data, retention rates, moral and motivation. We may also administer surveys to Users and Hospitals to collect data about employees retention, morale and motivation from the use of our Services.

We may share information that we’ve collected from you to third parties, for business purposes, including contractors, vendors, and partners, to help us deliver the Astra Wellbeing services to you. These third parties may include but are not limited to Amazon Web Services and Open AI. We reserve the right to access, read, and disclose any information that we believe in our sole discretion is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; protect the rights, property, or safety of Astra Wellbeing, our employees, our users, or others; or protect our employees or users from harassment. We also reserve the right to disclose
aggregate peer to peer communications data with our hospital partners.

We actively work to prevent unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that could potentially compromise the security of your information.
